DAY 1 – LONDON - CAIRO (D)
Assemble at London Heathrow airport to board your Swiss Air flight to Cairo. Flight No: LX 345 Departure London 06:15 hrs / Arrival Zurich 08:55 hrs. Flight No: LX 236 Departure Zurich 09:45 hrs / Arrival Cairo 14:35 hrs. On arrival Cairo you will be welcomed and transferred to hotel Royal Garden. Overnight stay at hotel Sheraton Royal Garden – Cairo.

DAY 2 – CAIRO – ASWAN (B/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Later depart for a full day tour of Cairo, which includes the ancient Egyptian sites, our friendly guide will accompany you to the awe-inspiring Pyramids and Sphinx at Giza, and then onwards to Sakkara to see the first pyramid ever built - the step pyramid of Zosser.Then in the evening transfer to Cairo railway station to board your Sleeper train to Aswan. Overnight train.

DAY 3 – ASWAN – KOM OMBO - EDFU (B/L/D)
This morning after breakfast on board train, you disembark from train in Aswan and board the Presidential Nile Cruise. Then leave for Elephantine Island by felucca. Then the visit the high dam and the Temple of Philae. Sail to Kom Ombo .After lunch visit the temple shared by the two Gods Sobek and Haroeris. Then sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board – Nile Cruise.

DAY 4 – EDFU – ESNA – LUXOR (B/L/D)
Breakfast on board. Later visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Then sail to Esna. Cross the lock. Then sail to Luxor. Evening is free for your own leisure and other activities. Dinner and overnight on board - Nile Cruise

DAY 5 – LUXOR (B/L/D)
After early morning breakfast, cross the west bank and visit the Necropolis of Thebes, the Valley of the Kings also known as Tombs of the Pharaohs most famous for Tutankhamun Tomb, due to its late discovery. Also included is a visit to the mortuary Temple of Queen Hatchepsut, one of the most dramatically situated temples in the world, at the foot of a cliff named Deir el-Bahri. You will also visit Colossi of Memnon.After lunch visit Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex every built by man. Although badly ruined, no site in Egypt is more impressive than Karnak. You will also visit Luxor Temple before having the evening at leisure in Luxor known as the world’s greatest air museum where you can choose to undertake some shopping in this beautiful city of Luxor .Dinner and overnight on board – Nile Cruise.

DAY 6 – LUXOR – CAIRO (B/D)
Disembark after breakfast, and then the day is free for your own leisure and other shopping activities. Then in the evening transfer to Luxor railway station to board your train to Cairo .Dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 7 – CAIRO (B/D)
Breakfast will be served on board train before you disembark at Cairo. Today you will enjoy the legendary treasures of Cairo firstly by being transferred to the Egyptian Museum - take a look at some of the most exquisite and ancient artifacts and statues in History. Then on to Islamic areas of Cairo including the citadel of Saladdin, boasting the famous Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali then on to the Coptic area Of Cairo where the Romans constructed the Fortress of Babylon. Built over the ruins of two Towers of the fortress the church of St Mary or more commonly know as the Hanging Church then onto St Sergius where it is said to be the resting place for the holy family. Then the evening is free for your own leisure and other shopping activities. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel Sheraton Royal Garden – Cairo.

DAY 8 – CAIRO – LONDON (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Later the day is free for your own leisure and other shopping activities. Then in the afternoon transfer to Cairo International airport to board your Swiss Airlines flight to London. Flight No: LX 237 Departure Cairo 15:55 hrs / Arrival Zurich 19:15 hrs. Flight No: LX 340 Departure Zurich 20:15 hrs / Arrival London 21:05 hrs. Tour ends on arrival London.
