DAY 1 – LONDON – SHANGHAI
Assemble at London Heathrow airport to board your China Eastern Airlines to Beijing via Shanghai. Flight No: MU 552 Departure London 21:20 hrs / Arrival Shanghai 15:45 hrs.Overnight flight.
DAY 2 – SHANGHAI (D)
On arrival Shanghai you will be welcomed and transferred to hotel Ever bright. Then the day is free for your own leisure and other activities. Evening dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel Ever bright – Shanghai.
DAY 3 – SHANGHAI (D)
Breakfast at hotel. Later depart to Shanghai, on arrival leave for full day tour to Yuyuan garden and the Jade Buddha Temple. Then the evening is free for your own leisure and other shopping activities. Enjoy the Portman Acrobatic show .Evening dinner at a local restaurant .overnight stay at hotel Ever bright – Shanghai.
DAY 4 – SHANGHAI – ZHUJIAJIAO – PUDONG – SHANGHAI (B)
After early breakfast, then head out for nearly 50 minutes drive westwards to qingpu, where the town locates. Zhujiajiao Ancient Town is a town with over 1,000 years of history, Features Rivers, bridges, old streets and gardens. Small rivers crisscross the town with 36 old bridges on them. Over 1,000 houses first built in Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911) stand along both sides of nine narrow streets. There are famous sights like Fangsheng Bridge, Baoguo Temple, Town God's Temple and Zhuxi Garden, offering different kinds of photo opportunities. A cruise on the small river is also recommended if time and weather permit. Evening dinner at local restaurant. Overnight stay at Ever bright – Shanghai.
DAY 5 – SHANGHAI – (B/D)
After breakfast the day is free for shopping in Nanjing road. Evening dinner at local restaurant. Overnight stay at Ever bright - Shanghai.
DAY 6 – SHANGHAI – HANGZHOU (B/D)
After early breakfast board the morning train to Hangzhou .On arrival Hangzhou Our guide will pick you up at the railway station and transfer to the Wanghu hotel. Then Visit the Six Harmonies Pagoda. Evening dinner at local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel Wanghu – Hangzhou.
DAY 7 – HANGZHOU (B/D)
After breakfast, Visit the West Lake, the Red Carp Pond, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum and the Lingyin Temple .Then the evening is free for your own leisure and other activities. Overnight stay at hotel Wanghu – Hangzhou.
DAY 8 – HANGZHOU – SHANGHAI (B/D)
After breakfast city tour to Hupao Spring and then take afternoon train back to Shanghai. Then the evening is free for your own leisure and other activities. Evening dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel Ever bright – Shnaghai.
DAY 9 – SHANGHAI – YICHANG (B/D)
After breakfast transfer to Shanghai airport to board your domestic flight to Yichang. On arrival visit the Sanyou Cave. Then board the Victoria boat. After dinner your memorable Yangtze River tour begins when you board the deluxe cruise ship at 21:00. Overnight on board – Victoria boa.
DAY 10 – THREE GORGES DAM (B/L/D)
After breakfast you will take an excursion to the under constructed Three Gorges Dam, the biggest irrigation project in the world. Enter the first gorge -Xiling Gorge. Captain's welcome party will begin at 18:30. After dinner there will be Victoria fashion show performed by the cruise staff. Overnight on board – Victoria boat.
DAY 11 - THREE GORES DAM (B/L/D)
After breakfast, pass the second Gorge, Wu Gorge. You will disembark at Wushan Daning River for an excursion to the Three Little Gorges. The trip features a fantastic natural backdrop and a wonderful boat ride along the crystal stream. The motorized sampan allows you to experience a speedy adventure and have a close look at mossy rocks, verdant plants, plank roads, ancient coffins and precious animals. Get back to have lunch on the ship. In the afternoon the ship enters the last, shortest, but also the grandest, Qutang Gorge. The river guide will describe historic sites like Ancient Plank Road, Mengliang Stairway and mysterious hanging coffins of ancient Bar people. Dinner and overnight on board – Victoria boat.
DAY 12 – SHIBAOZHAI (B/L/D)
After breakfast, the last part of your Yangtze cruise is a morning excursion to Shibaozhai (the Precious Stone Stronghold). Shibaozhai, a nine-storey, and 270-year old red architecture, clings on the precipice resembling a jade hill. Back on board and have lunch. The sailing continues to pass through the mountains of Eastern Sichuan. A Farewell Party tonight invites you to perform dancing or musical instruments with the cruise staff. Dinner and overnight on board – Victoria boat.
DAY 13 – CHONG QING – CHENGDU (B/D)
The estimated arrival in Chongqing is around 9:00. After breakfast, guests will be reminded of disembarkation. Just follow the disembarkation procedures announced by the cruise staff and turn to them for assistant whenever necessary. Then leave for a city tour of Chong Qing .Then take a express train to Chengdu .On arrival check in at hotel Yinhe Dynasty hotel. Evening dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel Yinhe Dynasty – Chengdu.
DAY 14 – CHENGDU (B/D)
After breakfast leave to Mt. Qingchengshan and Dujiangyan Irrigation project. Then in the evening dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at Yinhe Dynasty – Chengdu.
DAY 15 – CHENGDU – GUILIN (B/D)
After breakfast, visit the Panda Zoo and Panda Feeding centre. Then in the late afternoon take the flight to Guilin. Evening dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel Guilin Park – Guilin.
DAY 16 – GUILIN (B/D)
After breakfast, in the morning take the Li – river cruise. Later visit the Yangshuo town. Later in the afternoon transfer back to Guilin. Evening enjoy dinner at local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel Guilin Park – Guilin.
DAY 17 – GUILIN – XIAN (B/D)
After breakfast, visit the Reed Flute Cave. Later transfer to Guilin airport to board your China Eastern Airlines flight to Xian. Flight No: MU 2308 Departure 16:20 hrs / Arrival Xian 18:05 hrs. Xian, an ancient capital for 13 dynasties and now a modern metro city. On arrival you will be welcomed and transferred to hotel Royal. Then the evening is free for your own leisure and other activities. Evening dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel Royal Garden – Xian.
DAY 18 – XIAN (B/D)
After breakfast. Today, we set off to view the Banpo Neolithic Museum and China’s first emperor’s 6,000-life size Terra – Cotta Soldiers and their horses, chariots, and weapons, “the eighth wonder of the world”. Also visit the Big wild Goose pagoda. Enjoy a marvellous Tang Dynasty dumpling dinner and show. Overnight stay at hotel Royal Garden – Xian.
DAY 19 – XIAN – BEIJING (B/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Later depart to Xian airport to board your China Air flight to Beijing. Flight No : CA 1209 Departure Xian 10:40 hrs / Arrival Beijing 12:15 hrs .Beijing , China’s capital, 2008 Olympic games host city, you will marvel at the ever changing and splendid city in blend of old and new . On arrival check in at hotel Haoyuan Jianguo. Then leave for a city tour of Hutong and Confucius Temple. Evening dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel Haoyuan Jianguo – Beijing.
DAY 20 – BEIJING (B/D)
After breakfast, leave for a city tour of Beijing; visit the magnificent royal court Forbidden City offers endless treasures and stories. Then visit the City of the Temple of Heaven and the Tiananmen Square. Then continue to the summer palace, the symbols of the country. Then the evening is free for your own leisure and other activities. Evening dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel Haoyuan Jianguo – Beijing.
DAY 21 – BEIJING (B/D)
After early breakfast, visit the world famous Great Wall, bordering the Gobi Desert. A walk on the Great wall is going to be a once in a life time experience. Also visit the Ming Imperial Tombs – Changling Tomb. Enjoy evening dinner at a local restaurant .Overnight stay at hotel Haoyuan Jianguo – Beijing.
DAY 22 – BEIJING – SHANGHAI – LONDON (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Later transfer to Beijing airport to board your China Eastern Airlines flight to London via Beijing. Flight No: MU 5102 Departure Beijing 08:00 hrs / Arrival Shanghai 10:00hrs. Then transfer to Shanghai Pu dong airport to board your China Eastern Airlines flight to London. Flight No: MU 551 Departure Shanghai Pu dong 13:30 hrs / Arrival London 18:50 hrs. Tour ends on arrival London.
