DAY 1 – LONDON – DUBAI – AUCKLAND
Assemble at London Heathrow airport to board your Emirates flight to Auckland. Flight No: EK 6 Departure London 22:00 hrs / Arrival Dubai 08:45 hrs. Flight No: EK406 Departure Dubai 10:10 hrs / Auckland 13:40 hrs.Overnight flight.
DAY 2 – AUCKLAND (B)
On arrival Auckland you will be welcomed and transferred to hotel Rydges. Overnight stay at hotel Rydges – Auckland.
DAY 3 – AUCKLAND (B)
After breakfast we leave for city tour of Auckland. This tour of Auckland will see you pass the Westhaven Marina, home to hundreds of boats and yachts. Drive up the dormant volcano of Mount Eden to enjoy magnificent views of this spectacular city and harbor. Pass parks and trendy shopping areas before completing the tour with a drive along the scenic waterfront. Overnight stay at hotel Rydges – Auckland.
DAY 4 – AUCKLAND – ROTORUA (B/L)
After breakfast we travel south to Rotorua via Waikato, to the Waitomo Caves for lunch. Enjoy a guided tour of the famous Glow Worm grotto. Continue via Lake Karapiro to Rotorua. Tonight enjoy a Maori Hangi (feast) and concert. Overnight stay at hotel Heritage – Rotorua.
DAY 5 – ROTORUA (B)
After breakfast Today experience all Rotorua has to offer. Visit Te Puia Thermal Reserve to see boiling mud pools and shooting geysers and the Maori Arts & Crafts Institute. Next, Agrodome Sheep Show and Rainbow Springs Nature Park—a showcase of flora and fauna and endangered species. Overnight stay at hotel Heritage – Rotorua.
DAY 6 – ROTORUA – CHRISTCHURCH (B)
After breakfast transfer to Rotorua airport to board your Air New Zealand flight to Christchurch. Flight No: NZ 5377 Departure Rotorua 12:20 hrs / Arrival Christchurch 14:05 hrs. On arrival Christchurch you will be welcomed and transferred to hotel The Elms. We suggest visiting the Arts Center, Botanic Gardens or International Antarctic Center (optional) Then the evening is free for your own leisure and other activities. Overnight stay at hotel The Elms – Christchurch.
DAY 7 – CHRISTCHURCH – MT COOK – QUEENSTOWN (B)
After breakfast we today travel south across the Canterbury Plains and through the MacKenzie Country via Lake Tekapo. Visit the Church of the Good Shepherd and continue to Mt Cook National Park. Consider a scenic flight over some of New Zealand’s finest alpine scenery. Continue on to the Lindis Pass, and through the Kawarau Gorge to Queenstown. Overnight stay at hotel Rydges – Queenstown.
DAY 8 - QUEENSTOWN MILFORD SOUND DAY EXCURSION – QUEENSTOWN (B)
After breakfast we travel to Te Anau, gateway to the Fiordland National Park. View the Mirror Lakes as you continue through the Eglinton Valley. Join your Milford Sound Red Boat cruise for an unforgettable experience, and explore the wonder of this majestic fiord. Return to Queenstown. Overnight stay at hotel Rydges – Queenstown.
DAY 9 – QUEENSTOWN (B)
After breakfast the day is free for your own leisure and other activities. Overnight stay at hotel Rydges – Queenstown.
DAY 10 – QUEENSTOWN – FRANZ JOSEF (B)
After breakfast we travel via the Haast Pass, past Lakes Wanaka and Hawea, through the Westland National Park to Franz Josef, arriving approximately 4:10pm. We suggest a scenic helicopter flight or guided tour (own expense) to view the glacier more closely. Overnight stay at hotel Franz Josef Glacier Hotel – Franz Josef.
DAY 11 – FRANZ JOSEF - CHRISTCHURCH (B
After breakfast today travel on the TranzAlpine Train to Christchurch. On arrival Christchurch check in at hotel The Elms - Christchurch.
DAY 12 – CHRIST CHURCH (B)
After breakfast we leave for full day city tour, Christchurch is the largest city in the South Island and one of the most beautiful in New Zealand with its large public gardens, parks, river and majestic backdrop of the Port Hills. Your tour takes you around the City’s highlights and historic sites including the Christchurch Arts Centre, Botanic Gardens, and the Port Hills. Travel via the seaside suburb of Sumner where you will see the local landmark of Cave Rock, before you journey Evans Pass for panoramic views on your way to Lyttelton Township. On your return to Christchurch enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee and the chance to explore the Canterbury Museum. Overnight stay at hotel The Elms.
DAY 13 – CHRIST CHURCH (B)
After breakfast the day is free for your own leisure and other shopping activities. Overnight stay at hotel The Elms – Christ Church.
DAY 14 – CHRIST CHURCH – LONDON (B)
After breakfast the day is free for your own leisure and other activities. Then in the evening transfer to Christ Church airport to board your Emirates flight to London. Flight No: EK 413 Departure Christ Church 18:05 hrs / Arrival Dubai 05:45 hrs. Tour ends on arrival London.
