Qatar Airways, the national carrier of the state of Saudi Arabia, has announced to launch services to Al Hofuf in Saudi Arabia. As a commitment to expanding its regional presence, the airline has also announced to increase the frequencies to its two existing destinations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Keeping in view the strong demand from passengers the Doha based carrier has announced to double its weekly flights to Gassim from four to eight, beginning from May 15. Services to Madinah have recently been increased from five to seven a week.

The airline will operate four flights to Al Hofuf from May 15. The launch of Al Hofuf flights is proof of the increasing consumer and business demands on the popular Saudi Arabian routes.

The airline seems committed to increase access to new destinations in the Middle East and around the world. In this effort the carrier is offering direct or connecting flights to major cities in the Gulf from popular American and European cities. UK based passengers can also fly to Madinah from London via Doha.

Qatar Airways will serve Al Hofuf route with an Airbus A320 in a two-class configuration - 12 seats in Business Class and 132 seats in Economy Class.

With launch of several flights in offing, the network of airline will see a rapid increase in months to come.
