British Airways to launch additional flights to Tobago

British Airways has announced to launch an additional weekly flight to Tobago. The announcement regarding launch of this service was made on the occasion of the UK launch of the Tobago Legends Football Classic in London this week.

The services will start from the spring of 2015. Currently, the airline operates one weekly flight to the island.

The airline is increasing the number of flights to meet the increased demand on this route and offers travellers increased flying options.

The flight will also connect the island of Antigua but due to increased demand for services to Tobago the carrier will explore possibility of nonstop flights to Tobago.

A top placed official from the tourism Tobago said that BA’s decision to launch additional flights to Tobago is testimony to the confidence they are showing in the tourism potential of the island.
