Vueling to launch Manchester - Barcelona route

Travellers from North West England have now improved options for flying to Spanish city as Vueling has announced to launch direct flights from Manchester to Barcelona from June 19.

The airline will operate the four-time weekly flight which will be operated using an Airbus A320 with capacity of 180 people.

As scheduled the flight will depart Manchester on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays arriving to terminal one at Barcelona’s El Prat airport – Vueling’s main hub.

In a statement the airline has said that the commencement of service to Barcelona will strengthens its position in the North West and beyond by offering passengers a wide array of options in terms of destination.

With the launch of direct flights on this route the business and tourism ties between these destinations will get a boost.
