Mexico is a fine collage of vibrant cities, vast deserts, lush jungles and myriad cultures. The country with so many options for tourists receives a large number of footfalls round the year. Whether you are looking for glittering cities or opaque forests or spend some quality times at beaches Mexico is an ideal destination to be. With some of the most spectacular beaches lining its shores Mexico is also a top destination for beach lovers. Here we are giving a brief account of beaches for travellers taking a flight to Mexico.

Tulum

Situated in proximity to Tulum ruins, the beach gives you one of the best experiences in the region. In recent decades, the place has emerged as the playground of high heeled travellers. The place is a hot favourite among tourists who are seeking for an ideal mix of seashore and yoga. Apart from this, the beach is also well known for its secluded space.

Playa del Carmen

Playa del Carmen has emerged as Mecca for its Sophisticated travellers including Europeans who come to relax at the beachside lounges. Most of the travellers visiting this area also visit El Zócalo which is situated in vicinity to the beach.

Puerto Vallarta

Puerto Vallarta is simply called “Vallarta" or just "PV” is well known for its laidback charm despite being one of the most sophisticated seaside destinations in Mexico. The place is a playground of high heeled travellers with presence of various hotels and resorts where they can retire after spending day at beaches.

Cancun

Despite getting devastated by Hurricane Wilma in 2005, Cancun is still a hot favourite among travellers. Tourists often flock to this destination for golfing, and nightlife besides its fabulous beach. In addition to its other allures, what makes it interesting is its affordability.

Cozumel

Situated at the Yucatán Peninsula this 250-square-mile island woos travellers from the different parts of the world through its powdery beaches and crystal clear waters. It’s also a stop for cruise ships which is a regular feature of its coasts. The atmosphere at the beach appears like a carnival. There are several shopping plazas at the coast that remain filled with the tourists round the year.

Acapulco

Acapulco enjoyed the status of one of the most popular destinations in Mexico before the emergence of Cancun and Cabo. Also called the ‘Pearl of the Pacific’ this destination has hosted some of the celebrities like Elizabeth Taylor, Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, and even John F. Kennedy. The place pulsates with energy and nightlife round the year.
