Are you planning a trip to Southeast Asia and wondering where to go? You can’t blame for this as the region is packed with several wonderful destination making it hard to make a decision. There are beautiful architectural hubs, bustling shopping destinations, great places for nightlife and places with great fun activities. Bali, Indonesia

Do we really need to introduce Bali? This travelers’ Mecca receives a large number of travelers for most parts of the year. And you can see hordes of backpackers during your visit to Kuta, the urban hub nearby. The destination packs a perfect punch with its picturesque vista that includes beaches, hills temples and vast stretches of paddy fields. Also called the 'Island of the Gods' the place has several things to keep you engaged during you visit. Charmed by these allures travelers often take flights to Bali where all these allures exists for real.

Angkor Archaeological Park, Cambodia

The largest temple complex in the world Angkor Archaeological Park is one of the top places to go when you visit Cambodia. Apart from its religious and archeological importance, the temple complex impresses travelers with its sheer size.The temples complex is too massive to explore in entirety. Most of the travelers visit the main area that includes Angkor Wat, Bayon and Ta Phrom.

Temples at Bagan, Myanmar

Bagan seems to be the new entrant in the list of top Southeast Asian destination but it is not the case. They were always there but then very few visitors visited Myanmar due to strict military regime. An evening tour is advised when temples get adorned with a golden hue in the backdrop of setting sun. This famous pilgrim site for Buddhist is home to no less than 13,000 temples.The popularity of temples inspires travelers to book flights to Yangon.

Halong Bay, Vietnam

Known for its white limestone karst, Halong Bay is one of a kind destination. Where else can you find 2000 limestone islets jutting out from the oceans? These small islets are covered with greenery that makes it spectacular.Some travelers also land on these islands so that they can explore it better.

Luang Prabang, Laos

Declared as a UNESCO World Heritage site Luang Prabang in Laos make heads turn due to its countless architectural marvels which is a mix of colonial and Lao architecture. The place is also popular for some of its interesting rituals including its alms procession, where saffron robed monks receive donations of food. The outskirts of town are surrounded by jungles, caves and waterfalls.

Krabi Province, Thailand

Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya may be popular tourist destinations but Krabi Province with its interesting offerings remains one of the most sought after destinations. The province is home to some of the most spectacular islands that include Ko Phi Phi and Ko Lanta's.The province is popular for its beaches and water activities.
