Arik Air launches flights between London with Ghana

Arik Air, one of the leading carriers in west and central Africa, has announced expansion plans for its regional West African services. As a part of this expansion the airline will introduce a new flight between the UK and Ghana.

The new service will be operated via the airlines’ Lagos hub. As scheduled, the outbound flights will depart daily from Heathrow Airport, London at 21:30 to arrive at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos at 04:15.

The flights then continue to Accra, departing from Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos at 07:20 to arrive at Kotoka International Airport, Accra at 07:20.

The return flight will leave Accra at 06:15 to arrive in Lagos at 08:15. The flight will leave Lagos at 11:30 and arrive in Heathrow at 18:45.

The new services between London Heathrow and the Accra, Ghana are important for the airline as it is the latest step in the airlines expansion plan in its West Africa.

With this expansion, the airline is now better prepared to provide an extensive range of connections between the UK and West Africa.
