Royal Brunei inks deal with BA to extend its route network

Royal Brunei Airlines has inked a deal with British Airways that enables the airline to extend its route network to add further six UK destinations via London Heathrow.

The agreement that comes into effect from today will enable Royal Brunei to connect to Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Belfast through BA’s domestic network.

As per agreement, the business class passengers from the airline will be able to get access to BA’s business lounges while customers’ baggage will be checked-in all the way to the final destination.

Royal Brunei is the only airline that operates Dreamliner service on all its long-haul flights and agreement with British airways enable more passengers to fly in luxurious comforts to a wide array of destinations in the Middle East, Asia and Australasia.

Currently, the carrier operates flights to 16 international destinations from London Heathrow. The airline is also resuming its services from Brunei to Ho Chi Minh City from tomorrow.
