Ryanair, a leading budget carrier in Europe, has announced to expand its schedule from Birmingham Airport with addition of two routes.

From the summer of 2016, the carrier will launch new routes to Madrid and Verona, in addition to recently announced Corfu and Vilnius services.

The airline’s expansion plan from Birmingham also includes additional flights to Alicante, Barcelona, Dublin, Malaga, Malta and Palma.

In total, the leading European budget carrier will be adding 23 new routes from Birmingham in its summer 2016 schedule, which will take the passenger numbers to 1.75 million each year.

A top official from Ryanair expressed his pleasure saying the carrier is pleased to announce further expansion to its Birmingham summer 2016 schedule with two new routes to Madrid and Verona, besides new services to Corfu and Vilnius.

The proposed route will provide more flexibility and options to passengers flying on this route.
