Flybe, a low cost regional carrier, has announced to operate a new route in Germany from Cardiff Airport. The carrier will operate a weekly service from Cardiff to Dusseldorf this summer.

The airline will operate the service on April 25 and it will run until October 3. The carrier will operate this service using 88-seat Embraer 175 jet aircraft.

The airline will operate this service every Saturday. As scheduled the flight will depart Cardiff airport at 1525 and arriving in Dusseldorf at 1810. The return leg will depart at 1415 to arrive in Cardiff at 1500.

An official from the airline hoped that this new Saturday service between Wales and Düsseldorf would be well received by travellers. He said that this new route will offer more flying options and open new opportunities for people from both destinations.
