Good news for travellers who are planning their summer vacation this year with the addition of almost 70,000 additional seats on 19 easyJet routes to and from the Edinburgh airport. This means the airline will offer more additional seats between 22 May and 21 July on routes containing Paris Charles De Gaulle, Madrid, Nice, Amsterdam and Naples. Scottish passengers now have more direct flights to choose from.

A chief commercial officer at Edinburgh Airport has reported that – This is great news for travellers and we can offer even more choice in our already broad easyJet route network. So this is the best time to travel from Edinburgh with easyJet to some of Europe’s most popular destinations.

Now, easyjet has matchless network of over 50 routes served from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness. EasyJet started two new routes from Edinburgh in 2014 to Heraklion and Bodrum and launched a new service to Funchal in Madeira in February 2015.
