Services from Edinburgh airport expanded

Increasing travel options for passengers from Scottish capital new flights have been added from the Edinburgh airport. Soon the passengers will be able to enjoy improved connectivity to Copenhagen, Oslo, and Stockholm with launch of services by Scandinavian Airlines.

Services to New York and Doha will be launched by American Airlines and Qatar Airways respectively.

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has announced to start a new service between Edinburgh and Copenhagen in March 2015. The carrier will further strengthen its presence at the airport with launch of services to Oslo and Stockholm on 29th March.

SAS will operate flight between Edinburgh and Copenhagen five times a week. The services will be operated daily between 29th June and 9th August, before switching to six times a week until the end of October.

The airline will operate daily flight to Stockholm and twice weekly services to Oslo on Thursday and Sunday.

Services from American Airline will be operated seasonally from May to September next year.

Qatar Airways will increase its services between Edinburgh and Doha from five times a week to daily from 1st May 2015.
