British Airways adds three routes from Gatwick Airport

Increasing options for sun seekers, British Airways has announced to launch three new sunshine routes from Gatwick Airport, next year.

The airline has added flights to Funchal in Madeira, Seville in Spain, and Las Palmas in Gran Canaria in its 2015 Gatwick schedule.

The first service of this schedule will start in March 2015 using a mix of A319 and A320 aircrafts.

Previously this year, the carrier had announced to launch flight to eight other destinations from the airport.

From December 2014, the airline will add new winter sun and ski destinations including Fuerteventura, Friedrichshafen and Grenoble to its network.

The airline will start flights to Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands from December 2014. The other routes to be launched as part airlines summer schedule 2015 include Cagliari in Sardinia, Heraklion in Crete, Rhodes in Greece and Bodrum and Dalaman in Turkey.

With this announcement the airline will be flying to more than 50 destinations from Gatwick Airport.
