Jet2 launches three new routes from Manchester Airport

Budget airline Jet2.com has launched a hat trick of routes from Manchester Airport planned for summer 2015. The three new destinations planned from Manchester Airport are Antalya in Turkey, the Greek island of Kefalonia and Malta. The route will bring more than 46,000seats, bringing Jet2.com’s total summer 2015 offerings to 1.5 m over 46 destinations.

Jet2.com offer twice weekly flights to Antalya and Malta and weekly flights to Kefalonia, all beginning from next May. The airline is building on a booming Easter, with their passenger total reaching 1.5 m on flight to and from Manchester which is a 17% increase from the last year. According to Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2holidays, the airline is striving to bring its local passengers the very best choice of holiday options direct from their local airport. With the addition of these new destinations the airline now offers flights to three Turkish destinations and six Greek Islands for local people to take their pick from.
