Singapore Airline has announced to launch daily A-380 flights to Delhi and Mumbai. The airline is already offering 3 daily flights on both Singapore-Delhi and Singapore- Mumbai routes.

Singapore Airline (SIA) has two variants of A-380s and the airline will deploy its more luxurious aircraft — the aircraft with a suite which is more luxurious then the first class in the other variant— for the India flights.

The airline is launching the more luxurious variant on Indian route as it feels its super luxury products would be well received in Indian market. The A-380 chosen for India will have 471 seats in three class configurations that include 12 suites, 60 business class seats and 399 economy class seats. To boost the amenities the airline is currently having trials for Wi-Fi in its Boeing 777 aircrafts. The internet facility will be provided on the A-380s soon.

The start of services would be of great help for leisure and business travellers from both the countries. Singapore airlines fly to 62 destinations with a fleet size of 106. The UK based traveller can also fly with Singapore Airline to Delhi and Mumbai with a stopover in Singapore.
