Despite being a country with enormous wealth of tourist attractions Venezuela remains one of the most overlooked and undervisited countries in the world. the country which is more covered by beauty magazines- for its beauty pageant winners- than travel magazines has everything a tourists might long for; amazing snow-capped Andean peaks, powdery white sandy beaches, gigantic skyscrapers and gut testing adventure options. The tourists get floored to see its astounding range of options. Thousands of vacationers flock to this country where opaque forests, stunning waterfalls and great wildlife are raring to welcome you. Angel Falls

During your visit to Venezuela you may plan a visit to Angel Falls, highest waterfalls in the world. And the sight of water cascading from the top to the void is amazing. A great view of the fall can be taken while flying above it.

Los Roques Islands

Besides its other draw cards Venezuela is also well known for its beautiful beaches. And tourists are seen often lazing around the beach and admiring trinity of sand surf and sea. Roraima

Roraima forms the border of Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana. The mountain has been the inspiration of Conan Doyle’s fictional ‘Lost World’ adventure. Merida

Merida is not a destination for acrophobic but if you are someone who loves heights than this destination is just for you. The Teleférico de Merida, the highest cable car in the world gives a panoramic view of the surroundings.

Santa Ana de Coro

A visit to Santa Ana de Coro is highly recommended as this small town never misses an opportunity to amazes you. Besides being home to its colonial architecture the town holds a great secret in the form of shifting sand dunes of Los Medanos – some of them are as high as 30 metres. Visit these dunes from May to October when weather remains good.

Isla Margharita
